With the building of the famous place of Andrej Hlinka, they started in year 1939. Mausoleum has two parts, a chapel with an entrance and a tomb on the left side of the chapel. Its part is also a bust together with a rustless cross. In the center is located a bronze coffin with a death mask of A. Hlinka.

In September of 1944 attacked the tomb an airplane from uprising with the goal to destroy it and the government decided to move remnants of Hlinka to an unknown place. Until today it is not known, where they are. Mausoleum runs the city of Ruzomberok.
