Lovers of the world-class art definitely will not pass by Gallery of L. Fulla, the founder of Slovakian artistic modern.

In the year 1936 was Ludovit Fulla honored with a bronze medal for scenographic proposals on the Triennale of experienced arts in Milano, the following year he got Grand Prix price for the painting Song and work on the world exposition in Paris. In year 1963 he got the title, national artist.

For building and running the Gallery of Ludovit Fulla in Ruzomberok he gave in the year 1969 to the state many of his art pieces. Art pieces of Ludovit Fulla belong to the most expensive paintings of the Slovakian art. Painting with the name the Autumn was in auction for almost 100 000 euro and so it is the most expensive painting of Slovakian artists ever.
